Lantern Parade
Celebrating the 2012 Games

Telford Town Park
6pm -7.30pm

Magical ‘torch’ lantern lit walk through the Park and spectacular fireworks display in celebration of the forthcoming London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the Olympic Flame and Torch relay coming to Telford and Wrekin on 30 May.

Parade will start outside Telford Library in Southwater Square at 6pm.

• Please bring your ‘torch’ lantern with you to the Parade
• Parade will start at 6pm outside Telford Library in Southwater Square
• Candles and naked flames must not be used
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at the workshops and the event
• Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear for the prevailing weather conditions
• Depending on weather conditions, route suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs
