DO YOU NEED VOLUNTEERS?
If you are a public, voluntary or community sector organisation that would benefit from volunteers, we can support you with recruitment through our brokerage service.
The Telford and Wrekin Volunteer Centre has access to a large number of potential volunteers.
Registering your organisation and opportunity with us will:
- Allow us to advise and inform volunteers on the opportunities available in your organisation.
- Allow us to refer volunteers to you who match the requirements of the volunteer role as described by you.
- Allow us (with your permission) to advertise your opportunities. This may include using the media, the CVS newsletter and regular mail outs to key organisations (Universities, Colleges, NACRO).
- Allow us (with your permission) to upload your opportunities onto the national volunteering database at www.do-it.org.uk.

By registering with the Telford and Wrekin Volunteer Centre you will also be invited to attend regular Volunteer Organisers’ Forums which are opportunities for networking, support, sharing of good practice and informal training.
To register your organisation and opportunities, please download "Organisation Registration" and "Opportunity Registration" forms, and return to the Volunteer Centre.
We also give advice and guidance to all organisations on all issues surrounding volunteering – for example we can advise on recruiting, retaining and managing volunteers. We can also provide good practice guidelines when working with volunteers.
